Default The Making of The Round Trap!

A lot of folks have asked me how we make our round traps......Here ya go!

I started out rolling the rings first, then trying to weld them together....Big Pain! Now we weld the frame of the trap together flat....like a big ladder.

Then, after a trip through the plate roller....

We have the basic trap. Now we add the secondary top ring and then we put the hog panel on the inside and start welding it in place...

All we have to do now is to weld the door in place, add to springs and go trapping!

Default different..

This is an interesting twist, all be it an overly complicated one on a different door for the round trap.

I havent had any problems with the door.....yet. We just back the transport trailer up to the trap, open the door with a rope and load em up.If it becomes a problem, a drop door would be easy to add.
